1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website and purchasing tickets through TicketFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use this site.

2. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless an event is cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email, and a full refund for the ticket price will be issued to your original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable.

Tickets are subject to the rules and regulations of the event organizer and venue. We act as an agent for the event organizers and are not responsible for the event itself.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage the Site, the services, or the general business of TicketFlow. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening others or otherwise violating any person's legal rights.
  • Violating any intellectual property rights of us or any third party.
  • Uploading or otherwise disseminating any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
  • Engaging in or creating any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TicketFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
